We begin with a 2-3 hour consultation to access the areas that could benefit from updates. We provide a detailed report with recommendations for repairs and cosmetic changes that will give your home a fresh, new look. We work with you to determine which improvements you’d like to prioritize. We can also provide a shopping list of suggested items to help transform your space and assist with recommendations for service providers. You’ll have all the guidance and resources you need to bring your vision to life, while still enjoying the satisfaction of doing it yourself!

• Shopping list of items: Price based on scope of project and type of items  (optional)
• Shopping services (we take care of the shopping for you): $100/Hour (Optional)

We  provide a detailed report with recommendations for repairs and cosmetic changes that will give your home a fresh, new look and will work with you to determine which improvements you’d like to prioritize.  

From there, we take care of everything—getting estimates from and scheduling service providers, managing the project, and even handling the shopping for all the items needed to transform your space. You can relax and enjoy the process while we ensure your home gets the makeover it deserves, hassle-free.
