This package begins with a 2-3 hour consultation followed by an in-depth property assessment with personalized recommendations for repairs, staging, and improvements to ensure your home stands out on the market. Once the house is stage ready we get to work! Whether you book a half-day, full day or multi-day staging, we work with what you own, editing and arranging to create a beautiful, photo-ready space. If additional accessorizing is needed, we have items from our collection available for rent.

If you prefer to be hands off in the process, we will take care of the project management from start to finish, handling every detail, coordinating with our trusted service providers for repairs, cleaning, organizing, painting, electrical work, or whatever your needs may be. We will also stage the home making it photo-ready for potential buyers.

In this all-inclusive package we begin with a 2-3 hour consultation followed by an in-depth property assessment with personalized recommendations for repairs, staging, and improvements to ensure your home stands out on the market.
Homeowners have the option of full project management to get the house stage ready or a staging day to get the home ready for photos. Will will arrange the professional photography, create a comprehensive marketing strategy, list the home on MLS, manage all showings and open houses as well as all other aspects of the sale process. With this package, you can be confident that every detail is covered to maximize your home’s appeal and value.
